Error when launching the game

It seems like i have the same Error that the guy from this thread had: https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/792/can-t-start-the-game/2?_=1587465695114
However my game files are valid. I have repaired them with steam and i am able to start the normal multiplayer.
I already reinstalled the game and deleted the config file from %localappdata%/plutonium and it still shows me the same error any idea what I am doing wrong?

This error is in the common issues post. It means you pointed the launcher to an invalid folder aka not the MW3 folder.
Delete the Plutonium folder from app data, relaunch the launcher and select a valid MW3 install.

Alright I just noticed your mw3 folder is incomplete. It's missing files. This is why the launcher errors. Please reinstall MW3 from steam.
