before i had the launcher downloaded i had the problem that i cant download it i fixed but then i got kicked out of the servers and i have it again can someone help me!?!?!?!![alt text]

Seems like norton has only just caught wind of it, so is blocking it. Btw I have dealt with norton in the past, it's tbh trash. It thinks everything is a virus and cripples performance. If I was you personally I would uninstall. or if they scammed you into paying for it... don't renew it.
