H3X1C but its weird because i have played it all day and when i tried to start it wouldnt let me so removed the launcher and wanted to download it again but then i got this again

Seems like norton has only just caught wind of it, so is blocking it. Btw I have dealt with norton in the past, it's tbh trash. It thinks everything is a virus and cripples performance. If I was you personally I would uninstall. or if they scammed you into paying for it... don't renew it.
