Very Laggy BO3 multiplayer... and brightness its also very high

Hello, i've been having this problem since the first time i have tried playing, and the game its just so laggy. and its very strange, since i can play bo3 at very high configurations without lagging. pls dont go with saying that the problem is because i havent made my pc to work with the nvidia card,i have that configurated. i tried playing with everything at low, even with 800 x 600 resolution, and it is still laggy. Also, for some reason, brightness is very high.
