Screen Freezes after the match ends

every time I play a match of IW5X (MW3) my game just freezes and then I have to close my game and reopen it again just to play 1 match and then to do it all over again and again

Zezy could you provide a screenshot of your game folder and can you clarify what screen exactly it freezes on?
