disconnected when ever i try to join a game

disconnected when ever i try to join a game and the server list disappears afterwards. can someone explain why this is happening

A couple of questions...
- Are you using the Steam version of the game?
- Are you launching the game through Plutonium?
- Are you joining servers through F10? (Plutonium Interface)

Only heard that from some Egyptian players where their country does filter the internet heavily and don't like the game's traffic for some reason.

Yes i use f10
And launch it using plutonium
And it’s a non steam
