Game freezes ones playing mp goes to windows screen need hel please!

if i play in a server on tdm then i join and i play for 2 minutes and after a couple of minutes the game is still runing but it takes me to the windows home screen so= my game is still runing then but i cant see gamplay ive tried to uninstall the game but after that is still happened again.
