Can't launch t6rmp or t6rzm

I don't know what to do past this point ive followed the intrustion given to me but can't seem to get around that pop up message.

ThorstenHiggins means your files are incomplete, re run piry.exe and watch the console for any errors.

after this re-running the piry.exe for a bit this pops up, i dont know what it means or what to do.
