no servers appearing

hello, i have an issue with no servers being on the server list, i have checked my network to see if it is private and it already was private, i have also ported forward 4976 UDP and TCP plus i refreshed my server list multiple times, do i have something missing or did something wrong?
this is my port from my isp for more info i, have also disabled my firewall both on my pc and internet and it did not seem to work aswell (the black outline is there to hide my IP and yes i used my public IP)EDIT: nevermind all i had to do was restart my computer and it fixed itself
