Game Runs Fine, But When I Try To Play, The Maps Never Load

whenever i try to play MP or Zombies, everything works until i start to load into the map. when i try to load into the map im stuck at the loading screen with a full bar, and all i hear is ambient noise. im not sure whats happening. please help.
