game is running but stuck minimized

this is an issue with the main game as it happens if i try to launch the base game but i thought someone here might be able to help. when i try and start the game through plutonium or base game, the game starts and i can see it in my taskbar but it is minimized and when i try to click on it 1 of 2 things will happen, a small black box in the top left of my screen will appear for like a millisecond and disappear and the game will minimize or it will go fullscreen with a black screen for a millisecond and minimize and im not sure how i can fix it

Hello, I have the same problem, what you said, to type on the cmd worked but the game is in a little window now, how can I make it fullscreen?
