Plutonium BO2 0xc000007b Error

I've been getting this error since i installed the game (a day or so), I've tried everything, installing everything in the redist folder etc, tried reinstalling C++ as well but its still the same, for some reason the bootstrapper runs in 32bits even though my pc is 64bits, i´ve checked it with dependency walker and this is what it says, please can you help me i really want to play
I downloaded the torrent version im not running steam gamefiles if you need to know)
