Where is config file?

So I have a very bad PC and I know how to make the game run faster but I need to edit the graphics config file, where is it located?

Snivyer1910 plutonium_mp and plutonium_zm config files are in the "players" folder in your game folder.

Dss0 mine isnt in the game files
