Bo2 wont stay open

I had just installed bo2 and plutonium launcher, I hit play on bo2 and the game opens and I can hear it on but when I click it, I see the game for a second then it immediately closes out to my home screen but the game will stay on, I can't fix the resolution either since the game keeps messing up the resolution and quits on itself.

It also shows a window next to the game that says this:
