BO2 crashes when opened

Whenever I try to open my BO2 game, it crashes. I have nothing opened in the background, and it is not launching? Can anyone help?

Exception Address: 0x4A000000This is definitely not a Plutonium problem, but most likely a driver issue. Please update your drivers. Next time, please open your own thread rather than hijacking another thread. Your error IS NOT THE SAME as the error of the original poster.
