BO2 custom perk position

i was just wondering how server owners put basically models into the map that arent really there like second jugger, all i know there is no support for custom maps on bo2?

LongDongSilver well placing a second juggernog somewhere doesn't make it a custom map. They use gsc scripts to spawn models.
