WAW Crashing to desktop in-game. Please, Help.

I'm playing WAW custom maps, and the game stutters then crashes to desktop with no error whatsoever, and no i'm not running any anti-virus other than windows defender, that's the only AV I have, there's gotta be some fix for this because at this point for me it's unplayable.

I found a fix for it finally, the fix for is adding the bootstrapper win 32 to the data execution prevention, as well as adding the waw single player and multiplayer applications to the DEP as well.
