UI Error 71562

i have wasted a hall day watching fixed and talking to the support in the discord on how to fix this and when nothing helped some of the mods suggested to reinstall the whole thing i eve deleted the torrent ap p and did everything from scratch please help me i just wanted to play BO2 for some memories and i am haviong hard time dojng it so please help me i also have an issue as i clik on the online is starts loading not showing me that Plutoniom thing to read and play ofline and when i click on the servers F10 or HOME and enter a server as soon as the loading screent finishes the game just freezer sometimes it will show the errore code UI Error 71562 or it says Plutoniom.exe or whatever its called is not responding i have to close the program so what is this issue please i want some help
