Error de Plutonium

- lThis problem occurs when I run the plutonium by pressing Play and in the game folder the Steam_Api.dll is deleted, and it causes this error to come out and not let me start the game with the plutonium.
¿Any solution you can help me with?

Fladiux launch the game again

Fladiux steam_api being deleted does not cause this, steam_api needs to be deleted from your bo2 folder otherwise pluto won't work.
