Help I can't play BO2 zombies or MP when I switch the controls

I need to switch the controls and sensibility in the game but when I do that, the other part of the game crashes.
Example: I personalize the controls in the Multiplayer and i can play good, but when I try to open BO2 zombies it crashes and I need to dowload again zombies, but multiplayer crashes, it is a bucle pls help!

JonaBarrera not sure i understand? You change sensitivity in bo2 mp and that causes bo2 zm to crash? that can't be as mp and zombies each have their own config file.

Maybe is the Windows Security Problem That Cause u That Problem.

so I dissabled windows defender and the problem continue, if I play with predetermined controls I can play both games but I needa change the sesibility cause it is so high
