Unable to start the game

Whenever I try to start the game (multi or zombies) I get a black screen that is locked on a very low resolution and the console keeps printing

Exception Address: 0x006226FB
It also creates crash dumps which are around 900 MB each! so I won't be uploading it (very big for my internet speeds) but can if necessary. Any help is appreciated.
