No server option

I installed dedicated servers on steam and plutonium.exe but still there's no server option in game. Only play, main menu and vault. Disabled windows defender, and my port is 27016. Still same! thank y'all

Verify your game files, if that doesn't fix it, there should be a new update live in about an hour. That might fix it for you.
