Renaming of the dedicated server in the text chat.

Feature:
Option to rename the dedicated server say name.
Description:
There should be an dvar, like sv_sayName, to change the name of the dedicated server in the text chat.
Motivation:
This feature should be added to the client, so RCon tools can be better integrated and the limited character amount of one line of the text chat can be utilized better without the need of hex editing the executable of the server.
Examples:
With sv_sayName set to "[AWOG]".
B3 message:
"Console: [B3]:" would become "[AWOG]: [B3]:"
Admin message:
"Console: Blah" would become "[AWOG]: Blah"
