when i start bo2 it appears, and i already uninstalled and installed and it doesn’t change it always shows the same thing, what should i do to fix this?

- do you have any overlays (msi afterburner/rivatuner/...) if yes disable them.
- post a screenshot of your game folder
- right click your start button -> system -> scroll down so you can see "Windows specifications" and screenshot that
- upload the .dmp file to google drive and post the link here
