sorry my english bad.RidyaGD that's not the same error tho, that texture isn't part of mw3 but of the pluto clientfiles. Try deleting %localappdata%/Plutonium/storage.

Enyxis yes, it should re-download the failed files now. Check downloads in steam. as soon as it's done try launching it again.
