controller does not work

I usually play with the same controller on other games everything is fine, I have a normal ps4 controller plug into the pc in USB but it does not work on the game how to do?

Hey, I'm not so sure if this is gonna work since I don't have a ps4 controller, but I've tried this method before with another controller on other games.
Add the t6rmp/t6rzm as a non-steam game on your steam account. Then, go to big picture mode and start the game from there. Steam should automatically detect your ps4 controller and it's configuration. If Steam doesn't do that, then you can manually configure it through the 'controller configuration' menu.
In case none of that work, try using DS4 and/or another similar apps.
