I do not see the image of the open COD

Hello, I have been having some problems opening the call of duty black ops II zombies (multiplayer not because that one does not install it) through plutonium since when opening it I do not see the image of being in the game , it loads the audio and I can hear it but the image does not appear to be able to interact with the game ![alt text]

Type r_fullscreen 0 and vid_restart into the bootstrapper cmd window.
