Does not load online

I downloaded this bo2 game today i tried starting it up keep in mind all the files are in the right locations and the game runs in lan mode but when i try to play online by using the big green buttton saying play it comes up with thr black menus and the game in my task bar so i go to open the game but it instantly closes and its a cycle any help??? third time trying to install the game

Black menus? Wdym? Is it a blackscreen and the game starts minimized or does it close as soon as it is launched? Try writing r_fullscreen 0 and vid_restart into the bootstrapper cmd window if its the first case. If its the second, what antivirus do you use?
