When I launch bo2 I get Exception Code: 0xC0000005 and Exception Adress: 0x006226FB. What can I do?

delete steam_api.dll from your game folder if it's present
do you have any overlays (msi afterburner/rivatuner/...) if yes disable them.
post a screenshot of your game folder
right click your start button -> system -> scroll down so you can see "Windows specifications" and screenshot that
upload the .dmp file to google drive and post the link here
