Cant load in game

Whenever I try and launch BO2 I get this error message, Ive restarted my pc and tried running the launcher as an administrator

You got the basegame from our site/Steam right? Make sure you don't have any overlays such as msi afterburner/rivatuner running in the background. Upload the crashdump to gdrive, post the link here and specify if this dump was created when you were in MP or ZM.

Thanks for this, I had Rivatuner running int he backround and closing it fixed it
