my game doesn't load

everytime i get into a match, my game goes to the loading screen and remains there until it comes back to lobby by time out or because i was disconnected from the bo2 servers.

You've got 90 seconds to load a map. Your PC takes much longer than that hence why you get disconnected. Defragmenting your HDD might work, or better yet just get a new hdd/ssd. Also make sure you meet the minimum requirements to run the game.
