black screen when turn on pc

when i downloaded the game and the launcher i it didnt let me clicked on finish when i finished donwloading the game andso i restarted my pc and and when i turned it on it was a red and black screen

Probably just a coincidence, neither downloading the basegame (torrent) nor Plutonium caused that. Something else's wrong with your PC.
