Is creating secondary accounts bannable?

I unlocked all in my main account, because i wanted to try the Peacekeeper, but now i want to be lvl 1.

@Syhena stats are saved locally so you will still have your old classes and progress when you login with a new account on the same pc. You could just execute

resetstats

via the game console to reset your stats and classes.
