I press Play then the commend prompet starts to load everything and get stuck at:
Loading fastfile en_seasonpass_load_mp

hover mouse over icon in taskbar.
sometimes it starts up minimized

And the game starts minimized? Try typing r_fullscreen 0 and vid_restart into the cmd bootstrapper window.
