Freezing on map loading screen.

Every time I get onto the map loading screen it freezes and I have to restart. Other than that, it’s running perfectly fine. Any fix?

Or you have a potato PC or a slow HDD and hence it takes time to load the assets and the map? Have you tried waiting for a couple of minutes or alt tabbing out to see if it displays any errors?
Also, are there checkerboards while loading the map?
