Fix AI shooting down streaks?

Was wondering if it could be possible to tune down the rate at which AI shoots down streaks. Its really frustrating because I want to use some of these streaks in these matches but the AI just shoot these streaks down every time I put them up. Is there any command that can disable launchers or change the way they target aircraft? I know this is a niche fix but I love Plutonium BO2 and would like some help. Thanks!
