Crash in game, zombies only (i think xd)

How can i fix this? It happens to someone else?

When does this error occur?
Which memory address does it crash at? The bootstrapper cmd window will tell you that (0x1234567).
do you have any overlays (msi afterburner/rivatuner/...) if yes disable them.
post a screenshot of your game folder
right click your start button -> system -> scroll down so you can see "Windows specifications" and screenshot that.
