Can't start a private match.

Whenever i try to start a private match i get an error.
I tried different maps and different mods and nothing works.
I can play on internet servers but i cant start a private match.
Heres the error:

MahmoudRH do you have any custom scripts/mods installed? If yes remove them, if no verify your game files via steam.

i dont have any.
i downladed the game files from steam.
and i tried verifying the game and heres the result:

i clicked close and verified the files again and here is the result:

after that i opend the launcher and tried to start a private match.
i got a new error that looks a bit different:

still the same problem.
i can play only on the online servers. -
Did you change any .ff file? basically what the error means is that your gsc files (which are in the .ff files) are incompatible with each other.

i didn't change any files.
i just followed the steps.
1_downloaded the game data from steam.
2_downloaded the dlc.
3_created an account and downloaded Plutonium launcher.after all that i opened the launcher signed in and selected the game directory.
every thing is working well and i tried joining online server and it went well.
but when i try a private match whatever mod or map i select when i click start it loads about 5-10% of the line and then shows the error.can you help sir?

MahmoudRH does this happen regardless of which gamemode/map you choose?

Dss0 yes but when i select a map that i recently played in on online server, it loads to 100% then shows the error
