Can't load into a game

Every time I start a game it just freezes in the loading screen on both MP and Zombies

Tried waiting/alt tabbing out of the game to see if it displays any errors? Where did you download the game from, and are there checkerboards on the map loading screens?

HannesC I downloaded the game from the Plutonium website, there is no checkerboard, when I tab out there is no error messages
