Is there any avaible mp save file where every scope is activated reticle

I noticed there is a mp save file where every camo of every weapon and 10 custom classes are unlocked. But unfortunately reticles are not unlocked. Is there any savefile that contains the unlocked reticles or should i unlock them by myself and upload on here?
