I got banned from discord for no Reason. is there any way i could appeal my ban?

Recently there has been a Steam link hack going around on Discord which’ll steal your Steam and Discord login tokens as well as possibly other accounts. Please be wary of what links you’re going to and lock down all of your accounts if you think you’ve been compromised. We had a hacked member sending links here yesterday so I’d double check everything just to be safe if you were going to any Steam links here then. If your account has been hacked, you will be sending Steam links to other people/servers as well to infect even more Discord users so please also let other members/servers know. Thank you and please be careful.

And he tried to tag peopleXerxes well well i never spammed and i never tagged people and maybe he is quoting the above message (the one in the first message as )(GRABAGE)(SCAM)
all i did was to sent that stupid message (well it was posted by a major staff of a youtuber's(who has 1.21 million subs) official discord sever) so no way it could be a scam. well you can check his youtube and his discord and you will find i am not lieing!

It was me who pinged everyone and to clarify no I am not the victim of a scam. The complete opposite, I issued a ban command on an account that had been hijacked and pasted the message they sent as the ban reason for audit purposes neglecting to remove the @ everyone. Silly mistake but shit happens.
