Binding Keys

I fully understand the bind command. Such as "bind E weapnext"

That is the command I want, but I want to add another thing to it. I want it to do another action of my choice, like in T4 (WaW).
I have me E key set to Swap Weapons twice for reload cancelling, but I don't know how to do that in T6.

Any Help?
