Whenever I try to join a server, it says that its kicked me out because I was using VPN. But I checked my VPN several times and my VPN is still off. So, why won't it let me join that server. Pls help...

ThePsychiccWeeb that error isn't caused by pluto but by iw4madmin, a 3rd party server administration software that most servers use.
