when I try open the pluto launcher it infinitely loads saving login credentials
Is there a fix to this issue

It might be a bit ugly but you could try to reset your settings and get rid of the stored token by deleting your config as described here https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/784/how-do-you-change-the-game-directory
