Game wont open; stuck in bootstrapper

Everytime i try to launch the game it just gets stuck on the bootstrapper and does the same thing everytime. ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling even tried some solutions for other problems but nothing will work just keeps saying loading fastfile. Played the game once before a while ago and it worked just fine but ever since then i havent been able to get it to work.
