Game doesn't launch

Hey
So my game launches without sound once then now it launches in the background but i cant tab in and in the end it just crashes when it works. I can't seem to get the game working.

r_fullscreen 0; vid_restart

into the bootstrapper cmd window and hitting enter.

Dss0 I tried already and when I enter vid_restart, nothing happens
