Server not available at this time

I was playing on zombie bo2 whit my firends, but, after we decided to swhitch to multyplayer, i crasced, every time I try to open 'Online' to change class, it made me wait a few second and after gaved me this:
I tried everything and after I alsow disinstalled the game, but still did't work. I tried also to join a server from the start, but made me crash.
On the forum I didnt' found much help, can someone help me? pls -
and, I don't know if it has something to do whit this, but alsow warzone and cold war gave me the that the server were not available.

yeah me too on plutonium it does that to me and on vanguard the same
