WaW Won't open

Whenever I try to open WaW zombies it kicks me out and shows the tab but when I try to click on it nothing happens. When I tried multiplayer it worked but when I put it on fullscreen it kicked me out and is now giving me the same problem. Is there a fix for this?

into the bootstrapper cmd window and hit enter.
