Mouse lag

My mouse movement isn't smooth, it twitches randomly when i play, in menu i don't see such problem. Also i have this in iw4x and mw3 but don't have in cod4x and other games, reinstalled videodrivers, Windows 10, 7 many times and tried other versions, mice - Razer Basilisk Essential, synapse doesn't run in background, FPS is 125-200

Darloor have you tried reducing your mouse polling rate?

Darloor does it go any lower? 100hz should be fine..

Dss0 my mice can switch only between 500 -1000hz, 125hz i do thorugh another program and 100hz impossible to set, only 31 62 125 250

Darloor i have the same problem since 4 days when a match starts the mouse doesn't move 1 to 1
