Resolution/mouse issues, very small names

I just installed Plutonium a few hours ago (although I have owned BO2 since 2018) and the game is fun, however all of my teammates' (and enemies') names are incredibly small and hard to read, same as the server selector. This is when playing in windowed full screen at my PC's native resolution, going into normal full screen has the same issues. When I tried to use full screen with a smaller resolution, I found that my mouse was basically locked to the top left corner of the screen.
The game is hard to play when I have to stare a few inches from the screen to see who is an enemy and who isn't (and no, I have not memorized outfits of teams and such). Also, I could not take a screenshot in any way (snip/sketch and screenshot hotkey did not work) so I took a picture of the screen with my phone instead. It was the only thing I could think of.

I'm currently using the highest resolution, if anything that is the problem with the names, but if I go lower I won't be able to use some of the screen.
