My friend is having issues enabling Upnp, even after looking at the forums for this issue here on the website. But nothing's working. I don't want anyone telling me the obvious, I need actual help here.

BookieBoo if setting the network profile to private and enabling upnp in your router doesn't fix it just forward port 4976 udp in your router, that is a workaround for upnp not working or being available.
